I observed a fast food restaurant near my home which is In N Out. The one near my home is not very big, but there are so many customers in the line waiting for buying hamburgers. After I observed it for an hour, I finger out why it is so popular, and it can attract so many customers. The team work in the restaurant is very strong because each employee has their own part to do, and the process of making a hamburger is very organizational and efficient. Each employee has their own task and then works in coordination which represents team orientation that is one of the characteristic in the culture. In N Out also has innovation and risk taking because In N Out has own secret menu which is not in the regular menu. Secret menu is an innovation because there are not so many fast food restaurants have it, and it makes customers feel curious to try items from the secret menu. Moreover, In N Out has attention to details because when people order the hamburger, the employee will ask the customer if they want the onion, and if the customer wants the onion, the employee will ask customer like the regular onion or cooked onion. Also, if customer order the ice tea, the employee will ask customer if they want the lemon on the tea. All these details represent the attention to detail in cultural characteristic. 

Because In N Out has its cultural characteristics, it operates very successfully. Even though the prices of the hamburgers, fires, and drinks are not very high, but they can be sold very well. The efficient organization and culture help to control the restaurant and make the employees cooperate, so it can not only keep the high quality of the hamburgers but also the quantity of the customers.
